Bench Tip - Twisted Wire

Here's a useful trick that save you lots of money on fabrication charges, and only takes a few minutes of your time.
I started with 16 gauge sterling silver dead soft square wire, approx 2 feet in length. (you can start with longer or shorter lengths, depending on how much you need)

Insert one end into a vise.

Insert other end into flex-shaft.

Pull the wire taught, and hit the petal. Start slowly, you don't want to over-twist the wire.

Ta-daa!!

Now you can avoid all those hefty fabrication charges for twisted wire by making your own in just a few short minutes!
