As always, 50% of proceeds from the sale of the charm bracleet will go to a Youth Arts Program. (tbd)

How to use a head tweezers

Recently, there was some talk on our forum about making rings. I mentioned that I always use a head tweezers to secure the top of the ring to the shank, like with this orbit ring. This tweezers will work with any ring unless it has a large open area, bigger than the pad on the tweezers, like this ring. In that case, I used a piece of enameling sheet mica and used it as a support for the tweezers' pad and it worked just great. The mica provided a flat base that is simple to shape and heatproof.

Charm Swap 7 ~ Progress report 5

Hi everyone! Charm Swap is nearing its final days and everyone is in-progress or shipped!

Now for the much anticipated waiting game, but it's Oh so worth it!

 These swaps have been alot of joy to be part of and I'm feeling so proud of everyone for working together to make it happen, it is a rewarding project to be a part of.

On a sad side note, we unfortunately had a CS participant drop out at the last minute, but our new Charm Swap 8 hostess Michele Grady was next in line and said "I can do this!" So wow, Michele THANK YOU so much for stepping up at literally the VERY last minute, phew!
