Hello blog readers! I am here to report on our activities for the month of August.
L. Sue Szabo's work Strange Fruit was shown in the Toledo newspaper The Blade on 7/10/14.

A project that several EM members have contributed pieces to called
"A Hundred for One" is gaining some press. The chain was created from
donations of links from jewelers and metalsmiths from all over the world
as a fundraising tool for CERF+ (Craft Emergency Relief Fund).

I rarely have anything noteworthy to report, but I will be showing some collaborative work with polymer artist Cynthia Toops this month at Facere in downtown Seattle. The show will open on the 20th. I'm not sure how long it will run. You can see some photos here: http://www.facerejewelryart.com/exhibit.php?id=63
