Monthly Theme Challenge - Postcards from Paradise

This month, we asked members to work with the theme Postcards from Paradise, to use inspiration from their favorite vacation spot in a piece of jewelry or related art.  It looks like everybody is dreaming of a relaxation break, because we got a good response.

Cynthia Del Giudice was inspired by the beauty of her own region and created this piece using wood and horseshoe nails.

Laura, of LjB Jewelry, was inspired by the beaches of Cape Cod.  She set a piece of beach glass into a sterling silver ring.

Jen of Prox was inspired by the Western USA landscape in this pendant.

SimplyMega has been creating postcard brooches for years, inspired by her time in New Zealand.  It's titled Moon over Motueka.

Laura at Bracken Designs was inspired by Kyoto architectural details in this pendant.

Francine created a pendant inspired by the beach at Larimar.

KSkiles Studio created silver pebble anchor charms, inspired by the stones and lighthouses of Lake Michigan beaches.
